Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 30 reviews.
I was shocked how much this bag holds given how light it feels on my shoulder during my 8-hour workday. The interior compartment keeps my phone separate from my keys so nothing gets scratched, and the soft PU material feels way more expensive than the price tag suggests. Been using it daily for three months now with zero wear.
The structured silhouette actually stays structured.
Finally a black bag that doesn't scream 'boring work tote.'
Grabbed this in blue for weekend errands and it's become my go-to. The pillow shape is so forgiving, and it holds my reusable bags without collapsing like my old purses used to. Top zipper is secure enough that I'm not paranoid about things falling out.
The coffee-colored Mila is stunning in person.
Bought the green one on a whim and now I'm looking at buying it in other colors. It's the perfect size for someone who doesn't carry much but needs something bigger than a clutch, and the material feels durable without being stiff. The slot pocket on the interior is genius for keeping my AirPods and lipstick from getting lost.
Love having the slot pocket for quick access to my phone.
I was worried the PU would feel cheap, but honestly it feels soft and looks way more premium than similar bags at this price point. The beige I chose pairs perfectly with my work wardrobe, and after two months of daily use it still looks brand new.
The top zipper closure is smooth and doesn't catch on the fabric, which my other bags do constantly. My coffee doesn't spill, my documents don't bend, and somehow I still fit snacks in there. The khaki color blends in everywhere, which is actually perfect because I need to look professional.
Unlike puffy bags that deflate by noon, this one stays put.
Ordered the coffee shade and it's the exact neutral I was looking for. Structured enough to stand on a desk during meetings, flexible enough to squeeze into a car cup holder. The interior compartment keeps my lipstick from rubbing on my laptop screen.
After wearing it for eight hours straight, my shoulder wasn't sore.
I hesitated at first because I already own three work bags, but this blue Mila has somehow become my default. The lightweight construction is a game changer for commute days, and the secure zipper means I can walk through crowded trains without constantly checking if my stuff is still there. Worth every penny at this price.
The compartment setup is actually genius.
Grabbed this in classic black and it pairs with my entire closet. The pillow shape makes it look intentional rather than just practical, and the fact that it doesn't slouch or wrinkle means I look put-together even on days when I feel anything but.
The beige is gorgeous and doesn't show dirt.
This has been my daily bag for six months now and I still get compliments on it. The structured silhouette makes it look expensive, the capacity is genuinely useful for someone who works and runs errands, and the PU material wipes clean in seconds. I bought a second one in green because I'm that happy with it.
My laptop slides in easily without stretching the seams.
The khaki shade is perfect for my style and it goes with everything in my wardrobe from casual jeans to business casual dresses. I've stuffed this bag and it never loses its shape, which tells me the construction is solid. Plus at this price point I'm not stressed about wear and tear.
Still pristine after months.
Bought this green bag expecting it to be too trendy, but it's become my most-used. The pillow silhouette is forgiving with different outfits, the secure top closure gives me peace of mind on public transit, and honestly the price is low enough that I don't panic if I accidentally spill coffee on it. The lightweight feel has made my shoulder pain noticeably better.
The pillow shape actually looks designer.
The beige Mila is beautiful and holds everything I need, but the top zipper slider is a touch finicky when the bag is stuffed full.
I needed a bag that could handle daily commuting without making me look like I'm hauling a briefcase, and the Mila checks every box. The interior pocket keeps my work badge from getting scratched and the soft PU construction means it doesn't look like a structured tote when I'm heading out after work. The black I chose is sleek enough for client meetings and casual enough for coffee runs.
I'm happy with this blue purchase overall, though after a few weeks the bottom interior corners started showing slight creasing even though I'm gentle with my bags. The style and function are still great though, and it's not a deal breaker at this price.
For the quality, this price is insane.
The coffee shade is lovely and the bag feels quality, but the strap could be slightly padded for maximum comfort on really loaded days. Still a solid purchase though.
This green bag ticks all the boxes for style and functionality, but after carrying it with a heavy laptop daily the strap has started to show slight stretching. Otherwise it's been fantastic and the price is right.
The black Mila is gorgeous and practical, though the interior compartment divider could be sturdier to keep my wallet and keys more separated. Doesn't ruin the experience but worth noting.
